T III Investments was established in 1999 after the founder felt discouraged with lending institution inconsistencies and road blocks to investment property loans. This would be Traswell’s early exposure to creative financing.

Since this experience, Traswell has continued to develop alternative methods to getting the deal done. Determined to purchase real estate at an early age despite not having vast capital, Traswell has used experiences to fuel his determination and perseverance.
